This new version contains the ABC Need-To-Know matrix, suggested study topics and sample questions for all four certification levels for each of the seven different Need-To-Know criteria: Operate Equipment; Monitor, Evaluate, Adjust Collection Systems; Maintain and Restore Collection Systems; Maintain Lift Stations; Maintain Equipment; Perform Administrative Duties; Perform Safety Procedures. Total of 240 questions, including a 100 question practice exam. Questions are all referenced and include feedback on each of the correct answers. Math practice questions are worked out in detail in both metric and English units. Also includes ABC's education and experience requirements, advice on taking multiple choice exams and a Reference Formula and Conversion Factor sheet which includes commonly used formulas, conversion facts and abbreviations.
