The Water Environment Federation's (WEF's) Technical Practice Committee (TPC) has updated Operation of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (MOP 11), which was published in 1996 as a three-volume manual. In response to requests by WEF members and book buyers, updates to MOP 11 will be available online as individual chapters that can be downloaded, printed, and combined in a binder to "build your own operations manual".
